Can't validate, can't get anywhere

Question
-
I have a genuine XP Professional which was originally on my HP laptop. when that died 18months ago i went to Mac with Parallels so I could run my favourite WIndows programmes. I spoke to a customer service rep who gave me a new product key, the installation went fine. i used it no problems for 18 months, then the Mac hard drive imploded 2 weeks ago and i now have a new hard drive but having to reinstall all my programmes.installation rejected the product key, I tried phoning to get a new one but could not get a number which let me talk to anyone.....all automated responses. i found a product key on the internet which appeared to work, but Genuine Advantage rejects my copy as invalid. i run the validation process, ring to validate, my product ID is rejected and i am referred to the Microsoft website to check Genuine Advantage, and so the whole process starts again but nowhere is there an option to actually TALK to someone and get this sorted.
I have run the check programme on MGA, result below. Please tell me what i can do to continue using my XP.thanks

I have highlighted three items that I believe will prevent you from installing this version of XP Pro onto your Mac computer.
The OEM License Type label shows that it came from an HP/Compaq computer and as you are not using the HP computer the license died with that computer. It should never have been installed onto the Parallels vitrual machine.
To actually use Windows XP Pro you will need to buy a legitimate XP Pro disk and license, either OEM or Retail, and install that using the new license key.

Hello Ozbird7,
I agree with LVTravel--the current installation of Windows XP Pro is an OE SLP license for XP Pro that is a combination of the HP installation bits and the Dell OEM SLP Product Key for XP Professional.
OEM Licenses for Windows XP are permanently tied to the computer onto which they are first installed and the license does not permit movement of the license to any other computer, period. Therefore, any use of this HP license on any computer other than the original HP computer onto which it was first installed is a nongenuine use.
As LVTravel mentioned, in order to run Windows on your Mac, you will need to purchase a full retail license for the Windows version and edition of your choice.
