Need a fix for error message "not enough disc space" when saving email RRS feed

  • Question

  • We "house" email correspondence by saving it in a client file on the computer, Wicdows XP. We work on double screens so we can click and drag the email from Outlook to the client file. When completing these steps numerous times, the computer will throw the error message "not enough disc space" and will not allow any more email to be housed. The computers and programs themselves work just fine. We have a network with two drives, both have plenty of space to accommodate volumes of email. The normal fix is to restart the computer, and this works for a few hours, but then starts acting up again. We have to save all of our email correspondence and this is extremely time consuming. Does any one know of an additional setting to be checked, or any kind of a fix for this?
