We have added a new field to the Quote entity called Quote Type which is a picklist with values of customer and supplier.
We have added a further status field which is a picklist with Values of Accepted and Rejected.
The quotes are raised from Opportunities and will have the Opportunity ID stamped on the record.
Several Quotes of type Supplier will be raised with field xxxx say field A with a value populated.
Of say 3 Supplier Quotes 1 will be rejected and 2 accepted.
A Further quote will be created from the Opportunity with a Type of Customer. When this record is saved we would like CRM to filter a subset of Quotes based on the :
Opportunity ID that matched the Customer Quote
Quote Type of Supplier
Status of Accepted
Once it has found this subset it should sum up the Vales in field A and populate field B on the Customer Quote.
