Windows 7 Ultimate genuine validation fail after months of use.

Question
-
So I bought a PC online for a relative and after months it now reports that the installed Window7 ultimate fails the genuine validation. I'm assisting my relative remotely so I can't look for the COA/paperwork/etc.., but I remote desktop'd in to her machine and ran the MGADiag tool with the results pasted below. I suspect the seller made copies, but I want to be sure it's not something else. Boy, it would be nice if the OS could report this problem sooner so I would have recourse with the seller... not months later. It seems way too easy for pirates to get away with this kind of thing.
Here is the mgadiag report. Please advise. thank you

Unfortunately, the installed copy of Windows 7 Ultimate was pirated from a not-for-resale MSDN Subscription. You will need to replace it with a genuine Windows 7 "full version" license which is available from the Microsoft Store.
