    HELP pls... I bought a laptop from e-bay. System crashed. Has a genuine sticker at the bottom. How do I update legal Windows xp professional ? I understand you can have the windows os installed and use same Lic. info. How do I get this done ?
    Please help me..

    Hello siimba,

    Your best course of action is to contact the laptop's manufacturer and request to be sent the Recovery or Reinstallation CDs for that exact make and model.  That will ensure your latop has Genuine Windows!

    If you post the make and model here we might be able to give you a link to start.
