CRM for outlook error RRS feed

  • Hi

    I recognised today that when a client tries to send an email using Outlook, it was not able to set Regardings due to an error. so i checked user's properties, and his email settings, everything seams correct, nevertheless, he was not able to track an email in CRM.

    More interestingly, the user is able to use all other CRM tools and features using Outlook.

    Any suggestion?

    could you please provide more information about the error? Does this error occur only with a specific email or is it a general problem?

    To ensure that the general settings are correct, please run the diagnostic wizard of the outlook client
