OneCare Installation Error

I just purchased Windows Live OneCare today and tried to install it. The following error message was given:

ONECARE INSTALLATION COULD NOT COMPLETE

ONE OR MOR COMPONENTS OF WINDOWS LIVE ONECARE DID NOT INSTALL SUCCESSFULLY. PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT FOR ASSISTANCE WITH CORRECTING THIS ISSUE.

ERROR ID: 0019-80070643

I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this problem as I am pretty certain that a virus has corrupted my computer and I am hoping that this program will help me find and get rid of it! I may not be able to answer you for a few days but will be checking my email for an answer.

The 0019 error message indicates the One Care firewall did not install correctly. See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to resolve the One Care installation issue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930159/en-us
