CRM Online - Bypass Single Sign On to Log-in as Test User RRS feed

  • Hello, 

    I am an admin for my company's cloud CRM 2013 system and am trying to log-in with a test account that we have so I can test a user's security settings. The problem is that my company migrated to the 0365 platform and implemented Single Sign-On functionality so the website automatically passes on my computer's credentials to the site, logging me in as myself instead of the test user account. Does anyone know how to temporarily disable Single Sign-on or have a workaround? I've tried logging in via different browsers with cleared caches and also tried logging into a Virtual Machine; neither of those methods works. Please Help!

  • Use InPrivate Browsing mode in Internet Explorer to log in as a different user.  At least, that works for me.  Incognito Mode in Chrome does nicely as well.
