Issues Uploading Audo File onto the Introduction Template

  I am currently experiencing issues when uploading an audio file onto the Introduction template within the Learning Content Development System. When I navigate to Preview mode, the page does not load completely. Additionally, it displays the following error message:
  
      Silverlight Error Message
      Error Code: 3001
      Error Type: MediaError
      Message: 3001 An error has occurred.

   

  Because  this error message type is “MediaError,” I believe that this error has to do with the audio file that I have uploaded into the template. The audio file has a file extension of .mp3.

   

  Do you know of any troubleshooting methods that could combat this issue?
