window 7 ultimate is not genuine

Question
-
Hi, today I booted up my comp, and an alert pops up saying 'Windows 7- Build 7600 -This copy of Windows is not genuine' ...First off , I know this copy of Windows is genuine as I have been using it for months with no issues. I have not done any type of BIOS update recently , but about a month ago I DID have a boot problem in which I had to clear the CMOS battery to get it to boot. It was fine afterwards until now it says this alert message. I'm at a loss for what to do , as I've tried to click the link to activate it , but just get a webpage telling me how to purchase Windows and blah blah blah. Here is the report, by the way , would a system restore do any good? I don't want to try it as of yet , because I'm unsure if its even necessary.

From your MGA Report
Windows Product Key: *****-*****-YG69F-9M66D-PMJBM
Windows License Type: OEM SLP
Product Name: Windows 7 Ultimate
Notification Reason: 0xC004F200 (non-genuine)
Unfortunately, the installed Windows 7 Ultimate edition operating system installed on your Toshiba computer is a well known pirated version. A recent Windows Update file likely sniffed-out this non-genuine copy of Windows 7. You can either reformat your hard drive and reinstall the Windows operating system that originally came with your Toshiba computer, or you can purchase a genuine edition of Windows 7 (full version) and perform a "clean install". Genuine Windows 7 software is available from the Microsoft Store.
