    When you click the down arrow (or whatever its called) that's between the ? and the subject text sometimes it doesn't open to display the body. Only shows (view thread)(close thread) over on right hand side. What causes this?

    Got it, this is a known bug that we haven't been able to raise to a high enough priority to get fixed. I hope to address it soon, but I don't have a date for it.
