USD Hanging When a Session is Closed RRS feed

  • I have created a very simple demo using USD and a trial of Dynamics 365. During the demo I show a search for contacts and open several contacts in sessions in USD, a total of five. This works fine, however when I attempt to close one of these contact sessions USD freezes (from a couple of second up to 60+ seconds). The amount of time the application freezes is completely random.

    When I watch Task Manager I notice that for each session opened another Internet Explorer process is created ranging from 100 MB to 1 GB of memory used. When I close a session the amount of memory being used increases at a rate of about 50-100 MB a second until it reaches a GB at which point the process ends. It's during this time that USD is hung not allowing the user to interact with anything. Does anyone have any advice on how this could be handled differently? I can't possibly believe that this is normal behavior.
