Hello Guys,
i am using timer control of CRM 2015 on lead. I want to run workflow if First Response time is expired.
For example:- I created a Record on 12/1/2015 12:00 Am and First Response time is 12/1/2015 12:30 Am. So work flow should run after 30 min.
Any idea about this,
