  • Does it really help to list who last replied to a forum on the main forum listing page?

As a moderator, I want to know if there's activity in a forum, but it is non-value added to show me *who* last replied to a forum without showing the thread as well.

  • I think it is useful. We could debate how useful I suppose. I think it is related to how much volume the forum is getting also. In any case, thanks for feedback about 'showing the thread as well' that is an interesting idea.

  • I am REAL curious to see why you think displaying WHO last posted to a forum on the main forum page listing...

Will you take action (like open the forum to see its threads) depending on who posted?

I agree with the guy wearing rabbit ears...I think it is useful. I like it because if I see that the last person that replied is myself, then I know I haven't missed anything since the last time I was in there.
