Satisfaction survey RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I need to send a satisfaction survey to my customers each time a case is resolved. I want then to do some reports in order to get my KPIs.
    My Idea is the following :

    • Create two custom entities: survey and survey answer.
    • Configure a workflow to send an email to the customer once a case is resolved. This Email contain a link to web form (generated by AdxPortal).
    • When the customer fill the form and validate a "survey answer" record is created.
    • The survey is connected to the case, and every survey answer is connected to the corresponding survey record which makes reporting possible.

    What do you think of this approach?

    Is there an easier way to do this?

    Any other suggestion?
