The Key in use here is the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key – which was never legally installed in any PC for sale to the public, and was Blocked even before Win7 officially launched.
Your machine may or may not have a valid SLIC table for Win7 – but almost certainly not for Windows Ultimate, and definitely not with a Lenovo Key.
What has probably happened is that someone has attempted to use an Anytime Upgrade with the Lenovo Key to upgrade the system to Ultimate..
You need to revert back to the original OS that came with the machine using either the built-in Recovery System (if it still exists), or the manufacturer’s Recovery disks (which you can order from them).
If you still need Ultimate, rather than the original OS, you can then do a normal or Anytime Upgrade (depending on the original OS) using a legitimate Key purchased from a reliable source.
