CRM 2011: duplicate record created RRS feed

  • Hello,

    duplicate serviceactivity records are occasionally created in our CRM 2011 implementation when clicking 'Save and Close'. There are no plugins on the entity, just some form scripts to handle business logic and form validations. The set up is configured for IFD and has a cluster of two CRM servers.

    Any idea what may be cause of duplicate entries?
