0x800ccc7d error message when trying to send e-mails through ATT server RRS feed

    I updated fro bellsouth to ATT mail (bellsouth was purchaed by ATT recently) But now I cannot send emails to ATT Yahoo mail. Yahoo requires SSL send and recieves using SSL and ports 995 and 465. When I run a test under these settings the test is successful. However when I try to send an e-mail I get the 0x800ccc7d error message.  If I turn off SSL in outlook using the default ports it doesn't.

    Please help.  What can I do to be able to send messages.
