  • Question

  • Hi everyone,

I need to know if there is a way to modifiy the Form (Route Queued Item) that open when you click on the Routing Button?

I need to set the option "Keep the current users assigned to the selected items" by default.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Ok i found a solution.

    Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\_grid\cmds

Modify dlg_queueitemroute.aspx (Create a backup before modifying CRM Files)

    Replace <input type="radio" class="radio" id="rdExistingUser" name="rdUserOptions" value="0" runat="server" onclick="userOptionRadioClick(new Sys.UI.DomEvent(event))"/>

    By <input type="radio" class="radio" id="rdExistingUser" name="rdUserOptions" checked value="1" runat="server" onclick="userOptionRadioClick(new Sys.UI.DomEvent(event))"/>

    And Replace <input type="radio" class="radio" id="rdSelectedUser" name="rdUserOptions" checked value="1" runat="server" onclick="userOptionRadioClick(new Sys.UI.DomEvent(event))"/>

    By <input type="radio" class="radio" id="rdSelectedUser" name="rdUserOptions" value="0" runat="server" onclick="userOptionRadioClick(new Sys.UI.DomEvent(event))"/>
