Dynamic CRM 2016 sync with Exchange 2016

  Our company has 50 employees and all are using Exchange 2016 on Premises. We have MS Dynamic CRM 2016 (on Premises) which is configured to be used by only 5 users.
  

  Our requirement is that When a mail from outside or goes outside ( a third party other than our internal mail) comes to any user it should be logged into CRM on corresponding Company Name. Manually or Automatically sync is fine. Is this possible? Please advice
