Following are the things so far posted and hot fixes of that.
- Error message when you export or delete an entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0: "An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request"
- An e-mail activity that is deleted from a queue is not retained in Microsoft Dynamics CRM database
- Error message when you try to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector for SSRS: "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector for SSRS Setup Setup did not complete successfully"
- Error message when you configure the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook: "Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook cannot be configured"
- Error message in the Environmental Diagnostic wizard when you try to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector for SQL Server Reporting Services: "Unable to validate SQL Server Reporting Services Report Server installation"
- Some workflow conditions and the ParticipatesInWorkflow field do not work after you upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
- E-mail messages are not tracked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 when you configure Microsoft CRM-Exchange E-mail Router to use a POP3 e-mail account
Few are others which I came to know on forumes and from different clietns regarding implementation

It is not like stable as microsoft announces some patches and hotfixes for this. but it is great product with great CRM features.
I would like if you compare it with CRM requirements and your expertiese to get stability of the product - update latest patches + etc things.
As product it is great one and you can use on customer site , people are using and with some bugs which microsoft fixing etc.
for more keep update you on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947061

Thanks alot. Do you recommand it to replace MS CRM 3.0 in my organization [LIVE ENVIRONMENT]?Wednesday, January 16, 2008 2:31 PM

there are many organizations who had live environment and they are upgrading it. But for your , I would first suggest, make replica of your current live environment - do upgrade (test all your features) and then on live.
If you have done any thing unsupported for CRM 3.0 that will create problem - you have to do that manualy again for CRM 4.0.. but if all is ok with simple cusotmization - it will be upgraded easily.
