401 - Unauthorized: Access denied message. RRS feed

  • For some reason I cannot access my hotmail inbox at all! Everytime I sign in I just get the following message:

    401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

    I have not done anything different .. although my hotmail automatically updated itself but that was well over a week ago.

  • I have been having the same issue and I can't get in on any device eg phone, tablet or computer!!!!! Very frustrating!!!

  • I am also having this issue, I have traveled between two cities today and used different computers and i get the same message.

    This issue is caused due to server issue between 16-18 of November, but it got resolved.  May I know if your outlook email box could use properly now? If you have any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.
