How to play stream video across all the slides in a ppt file? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Environment: Windows XP Pro SP3 + Office 2007 SP2 + Windows Media Player 11

Achievement of objectives: to prepare a slide lecture, for automatic screening and a complete video play embedded, distributable for all the normal watch personnel.

     Encounter problems:

     1. Has been set up auto-play slide time, but the video files is of 10 megabytes, the use of video insertion method can only be a shortcut and can not play at other user's side, how  to directly embedded into the ppt file?

     2. Even if the embedded video, the entire slide is not conducive to the distribution for the file size. If inserted a streaming media link, the problem is the inserted Windows Media Player ActiveX control is only on the first page, so the video cannot play continuously over all the slides.

Is there any suggestion for the setting? Thanks anyway in advance.
