Live OneCare Subscription RRS feed

  • I received notification that my OneCare subscription was going to expire so I went to the store and bought another copy.

    After I renewed using the 25 digit PIN, I checked periodically over the next day or two for the notice to clear from the OneCare screen. The renewal notice did not clear however I did receive a confirmation email.

    After logging into the Billing and Account Management site to review I see that I now have two different account ID's, for OneCare.

    One account ID is enabled for Live OneCare expiring on Jan-24-2009 and says I should renew. 

    The other account ID is enabled for Live OneCare expiring on Jan-01-2010. (I renewed Dec 31st)

    How can I have this second subscription applied to the first?

    I have tried contacting OneCare (deleted) however after 30 minutes on hold I was disconnected. After another 45 minutes on hold I decided to try this forum.

  • Hello Mike, I'm pretty sure only support can help resolve your subscription issue. The phone number you posted is the correct number for support and I can only suggest you try contacting them again perhaps later in the day or early in the morning when there might be less traffic.
