Need system disk

  This is so boneheaded that I should just lose all my data, but in case anyone can help....???

   

  My hard drive on my extremely ancient PC just took a dump, can't boot from it, can't connect to it remotely. I need a 3.5 inch system disk, but can't make one on my laptop because its floppy drive mysteriously doesn't work either. Anyone know where a person can get a 3.5 bootable disk???

   

  Of course I have no idea where my original system disks are.   Like I said; boneheaded.

   

  Here's hoping....
