Emails I sent don't sent out and they are shown as pending emails. RRS feed

  •  I setup E-Mail router for me as a user. When I send a new mail to an external address and to my own account it don't sent it out and it is shown as pending email,  also  I receive 10 emails copies of the original not going out every 5 minutes each in my outlook

    I checked through configuration manager the Configuration Profile, Deployment and Users, finally publish the configuration. Every thing look ok. But when I send a new mail through CRM, it doésn't send it unless I configure Outlook in the user register.

    This start happening when  I reconfigure in the user register from email router to outlook and when I configure back to the email router it doesn't work ok again,
