Interfaces of desktops are flapping, connected to Cisco 3750 stack switch.

  Dear Team

  In one of my client network I have noticed the desktop running on Windows 7 have some interface flap issue. This problem we first noticed in the Cisco 3750 stack switches and the interface flapping for 2-3 seconds. We have done all the trouble shooting from the Cisco side but we didn't get any solution. This problem we have noticed in the other facilities and location of the same client. Requesting you to please help if you have ever faced any such problem.
