Error message, can't log into hotmail. RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I cannot log into my Hotmail account on my laptop.

    I can on my phone but I don't like using my phone for this.

    I get a  this message

    :-(
    Something went wrong
    Your mailbox isn't available right now. Please wait 30 seconds and then try to access it again.

    More details...

    Refresh the page.

    I've tried many times.

    Please help.

  • No solution there to manage to login. In the past few days, any attempt to login has failed at the "Openng your mailbox" stage. It just loads almost till the end of the bar and then an error message turns up.

    The link you provided only seems to provde solution for users encountering problems ALREADY logged in their mailbox.
