why can't I share a view in crm as sysadmin? RRS feed

  • Hello - I have a saved view and I'm a sysadmin on my crm system. However, when I try to share the view, crm displays a message that says I don't have permissions to share the view.  I'm only able to transfer ownership of the view.

    This seems odd because as sysadmin it seems like I should have rights to share my saved view by default.  What am I missing here?

    What did you exactly do? Did you try share to team or user? In what business unit the target is?

    I don't exactly remember do you get an error log from this, but if get, please post it here.
