Vista Ultimated downgrade and bonus pack RRS feed

  • Question

  • I purchased a computer from ZT Systems that came with both Vista Ultimate and XP Pro recovery disks under the downgrade program Microsoft started last summer.  I purchased Ultimate but XP was pre-installed until I am ready to switch.  When I went to redeem my bonus pack, I got a message saying I wasn't qualified.  How do I qualify under the Vista Ultimate software I paid for?

Answers

  • You would have to actually install Windows Vista on your computer.  Computers running Windows XP are not eligible for the Bonus Pack offer.
