CRM 2011: Ribbon Buttons Disabled until Page is Refreshed (F5) RRS feed

  • I have JavaScript code that creates an Email activity and ever since we installed Rollup 16, when certain users trigger the code to create a new Email activity, all of the ribbon buttons on the Email activity are disabled. Once they hit F5 and refresh the page, the ribbon buttons are then enabled.

    Everyone, including myself, is on IE10, I have unchecked "Load pages in the most recent version of IE" and all of our Internet Options, Popup Blocker Settings and Compatibility Settings are the same.

    Does anyone know why the ribbon buttons would be disabled upon the creation of the Email activity and then after refreshing the page the buttons are enabled?
