Windows 10 Login script

Hi, I have a windows 2012R2 network with about 20 PCs

about 4 of them are having login scripts issues

I i log in to the PC and an administrator, the login script runs. I i then logout and login as the user, the login script runs.

However if i reboot and login as the user then no login scriot abd File explorer goes haywire Green bar etc

any ideas
