Font sizes not converting

  I'm working on the style of a page and all of the font characteristics carry over to the published page EXCEPT the size. Particularly on the section headers (red) I've tried to change the style guide in WordPress as well as the html coding in Windows Live Writer but nothing seems to affect the size of the published page.
