Error downloading offline course 2710

   "Error requesting file 'http://offline.microsoftelearning.com/ek_content/global/splash/assets/stockImages/CVS/Root'. HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found returned from remote server."
  
  This does not give me an option to ignore, rather, it cancels the download of the course I've just purchased.
  
  Any ideas?
