  Using the free verzion of the scan, I am having problems with popups that cause the scanner to freeze up or stall for hours. How can I get around the problem. I have tried using a pop up blocker and also turning it off along with ending everything else that I can find running. I am sure it's a virus, but cannot get the scanner to run in front of the continuous pop ups.
