  When will 2.1 be upgraded with new features? I would like to see the addition of being able to minimize all SyncToy windows. Currently I can only minimize the active Sync window but not the original application window. This is annoying when I am trying to continue work on other projects.

  Also what about being able to backup/Sync Outlook files without shutting down Outlook?
