i recently received an e-mail instructing me that my windows live one care £37.99 supscription as been cancelled from the 30/06/09 due to a suspected direct debit billing error (although my bank account is deemed "good") yet one care is still running fine and is displaying my subscription renewal date as the 12/05/10 which would indicate that payment was made succesfully on the intial date but can not access any form of e-mail support link or a direct phone number for customer services in order to speak to someone concerning this issue personally.
any form of guidance relating to the matter would be most appreciated thank you.
