We are light users of CRM and don't have a CRM admin internally. But we do have a custom process that takes time entered on a custom case form and moves its to Microsoft Dynamics SL time and expense when the case is closed. I just noticed today that this
workflow is creating a suspended system jobs. My question is, what is the impact of suspended jobs? We have about 5000 since May 2014. How would I go about troubleshooting the why the job is in the suspended state? The workflow is working and time spent on
a case does move into our accounting system but I am worried about all the suspended jobs.
Thanks for you help,
