CRM Auto Minimize Issue

  I am running CRM with an Outlook Client. I have set my forms to automatically save when a field has been updated. Every time I update a field in one of my forms, it will minimize the form. I have to reopen it in my task bar. How can I change this so it stops minimizing? Thanks.
