Certification for RDS / RDP / Terminal Services ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there a certification path for Remote Desktop Services?  With so many components like a Connection Broker, RDWeb, Gateway, Session Hosts, RemoteApp and VDI it just seems like the kind of thing that would have a couple tests to earn an MCITP or MCTS.

  • Exam 70-643 MCTS Windows server 2008 Applications infrastucture configuring

    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-643&locale=en-us#tab1

Looks like it may be your best bet for a remote desktop services certification with it being 26% of the exam total.

Other than that a few of the other MCTS exams for Windows server 2008 cover various aspects of RDS/RDP/Terminal services,

    Regards

  • It's too bad there isn't something more specifically for RDS but that looks like a good fit for me anyway and it'll get me one step closer to the Enterprise Administrator cert.

    Thanks Kevin!
