I have CRM 2011 + UR15.
I encountered a very strange situation.
- I have a workflow, which change the Case Status from "Pending" to "Resolved"
- In the workflow steps, I verified, the case status was changed, and workflow was executed successfully.
- In the case audit history, it showed the old value = 'Pending', new value = 'Pending'.
This situation does not always happen. Only occasionally.
Anyone has such encounter before?
