CRM 2011 - Audit History - Could it be Wrong? RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have CRM 2011 + UR15.

    I encountered a very strange situation.

    1. I have a workflow, which change the Case Status from "Pending" to "Resolved"
    2. In the workflow steps, I verified, the case status was changed, and workflow was executed successfully.
    3. In the case audit history, it showed the old value = 'Pending', new value = 'Pending'.

    This situation does not always happen. Only occasionally.

    Anyone has such encounter before?

  • The Audit can show the same value as the old and new value if an update was made, but the same value was submitted for the status reason. Check that there isn't a Pending to Resolved changed after the Pending, Pending one.
