Gallery - Contribution reached 20 downloads, no activity feed update, no points

I had a Gallery contribution reach 20 downloads yesterday (February 22nd, 2013) sometime between 5-7pm Atlantic time. The contribution link is http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Identify-the-IIS-App-Pools-322de3fb. My activity feed was not updated and I did not receive 20 points.

Are there any issues with the Gallery and the related profile update functionality at this time? Can someone please advise?

I have seen where it takes a few days for the activity to show up in the profile. I think a batch process runs periodically (my guess). However, in the article I linked we suspect there might be windows of time where the system is blind to activity.
