Streets and Trips 2007 to 2013 conversion

  I just purchased MS Streets & Trips 2013 and would like to convert my Streets & Trips 2007 files. 2013 provides an error message of little help telling me to go to the Help which I have found is no value.

  So how to I convert with the tools I have S&T 2007 to S&T 2013?
