  • Hi suscoop,

Even though the update trying to install is the latest edition of the WGA program,  support for getting the update downloaded and installed falls under the umbrella of Windows Update support, which is why Stephen recommended that you seek assistance in the Windows Update forum.

Note that Windows Update support is always free, so if you don't get the help you need in the WU forum you can always get direct email support for WU, too.

Just as an aside, I have found that the "Dial-a-Fix v0.60" utility works wonders in straightening out many Windows Update problems.  Use your favorite search engine to find it and try it. :-)
