I have used Windows 7 for over a year an not had any issues.  I use Microsoft Security Essentials, MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware.  No threats have been found.  Recently I reloaded Windows 7 after a problem with IE9 beta and had no issues.  My concern is the message that I see and psossible background processes causing system issues.
