Need to know how to download certificate

  Hi 

  I did my MCTS certificate 2 years ago, and i even forget the mail id which i provided for that, 

  now i need to download the same. is there any options without providing mail id

  and i have that score sheet, registration number for the exam i did.

  Please help me
