Hi, Iv'e recently bought a new pc. And i installed xp home and registered it as genuine as soon as i was on. And could see the advantages. But then due to some gaming problems, connecting to other people, And from advice from a forumer. I Wiped/Reformatted my computer getting rid of all the files and starting from scratch once more. Now even though i have a genuine copy and have only used it for the same computer, it isnt seen as a genunie copy.Well im seriously annoyed after having spent the money for XP to not be able to enjoy the advantages just because i wiped my pc... Someone explain please what i can do to once again validate my copy as genuine. And also does this effect whether i will recieve my vista copy? which i was given with this copy of windows.
