Appointments being deleted in MS CRM RRS feed

  • A user is having an issue where a lot their appointments in Outlook show as tracked but when they go to view them in CRM, they get an error message saying that,

     ' appointment with id ..... does not exist'

    I have looked for the appointments by doing Advanced finds but they are definately not there. I have reproduced the problem by deleting an appointment from the web client however all the users are insistent that nobody would've deleted it.

    Can anybody advise another way the appointment could disappear or any tests I can do?

  • Hi Steve,

    If this is happening for only 1 user, check to see the update rollup version for CRM outlook client in that user's machine.

    And see if that matches the version with others.

    However, a lot of tracking/synchronizing issues were fixed with Update Roll-up 8
