  • Your MGA report shows you have a non-genuine, pirated, volume license copy of Microsoft Office Enterprise Edition installed.  Contact the seller of this software and demand a genuine version of Microsoft Office that is either a genuine retail or OEM version.

  • Hi Fuzzzzzz,

What Carey says is correct.  The product key you were given to install Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is not a valid product key.

You can find out the options for getting genuine from our validaiton failure page, which you can get to by clicking on this link:  http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/office/Validate.aspx?displaylang=en&sGuid=233a30f6-759f-4d64-a263-4d2cdb9e24d7

You can see if you qualify for the complimentary copy of Office designed for people taken advantage of by resellers.  You really should report this piracy to Microsoft.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

P.S.  Please be very careful about downloading "hacks" and "cracks" to bypass genuine validation or product activation.  It's just not safe and you don't know what you are getting.  It's better for you to come here and we'll help you!!!

  • Sorry, but a non-genuine copy will always be non-genuine if it is non-genuine.  Forget the patches as they are always bogus.
