Router POP User setup RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I've managed to set up a POP account for a queue, but have some confusion over how to set POP up for a MS CRM user. I viewed this demo : http://video.mikelu.org/emailrouterpop3/emailrouterpop3.html for queue's, however received a warning stating that my recipient was not located in MS CRM and as a result no email in the queue. As I'm trying to set it up for a user I ignored this.

    Is the process for setting up a user identical to that of a queue or do I need to change any values?

    I've set the user's email address to that of my test user. I logged in as the test user and specified my user id and password and given permission for the Email Router to use my credentials. Deployed to the Router Config Manager, tested the account and it worked.

    Next I published and for good measure restarted the service. No emails.

    Any advice?

    I'm a bit confused if you're having trouble with the queue or the user, since you mentioned both.
